Cocktail Shake Off – March 2018

In the month of March, celebrate the Beethoven 4/4 Festival by voting for your favorite Five & 20 Commemorative Genever Cocktail.

 

Update: Cloud 9’s Persymphony has been awarded both People’s Choice and Distiller’s Choice! Congratulations to Cloud 9 and mixologist Kimberly Golz

 

Here’s the winning recipe:
Cloud 9 Genever Recipe “Persymphony” – 3oz Five & 20 Beethoven Commemorative Genever, 1.5 oz Housemade Persimmon Simple Syrup, 1 oz Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Shaken vigorously and served chilled, up in a martini glass, garnished with a dried Persimmon

 

How to Vote:

  1. Visit one of the participating restaurants listed below.

  2. Ask the bartender for their Five & 20 Commemorative Genever Cocktail.

  3. Sip cocktail.

  4. Text “Erie” to 313131 and wait for a response.

  5. Respond with “FULL NAME” of the bar/restaurant.

  6. Sip cocktail (again).
